I’m sure it’s not just BC.Game. Others too act this way.
But, they all need to stop.
Like, this is not how one conducts an honest business.
OK, sure it’s gambling and that too using crypto.
But still.
Man, if you want to remain in this business for long, could you please show some more respect to your players? some decorum? a bit of sanity?
So, this Reddit user started a thread, complaining, how he spent over $50K at BC.Game, but whatever money he deposits gets shifted to the bonus tab.
I have wagered 50k USD to on bc, now they have put some bs bonus lock on my account. any real money i depo is turned into a bonus and its fake money until i wager another 6k. so really they want me to lose a few k before im allow to gamble real money again.
The more he deposits using “real money”, the more he contributes to fake money (bonus funds) offered by BC.Game.
Now they want him to deposit another $6K to complete the wagering requirements. I call it BS, because it is. Take a look at this screenshot, he posted:

Other Redditors were rightfully pissed too.
A user warned others of BC.Game, saying:
Is this that dumb bonus that you get from host for depositing X amount?
Anyways man, stay clear of BC, these guys are one of the dirtiest and scummiest humans to exist. I used to play there but thankfully no longer do.
They also have the “deposit bonus” with no terms and conditions attached to it then when you go deposit you realized it’s all locked and it is just like a rake back.
Then another user commented having a similar experience at its rival betting site called National Casino saying:
When I won in baccarat after martingaling at National Casino, they transferred all my winnings to my bonus balance, effectively reducing my real balance into nothing. F**k these online casinos.
Mind the French here.
So, what happens here is that any money you win at BC.Game, basically gets transferred, automatically over to your bonus balance (gets substracted).
Your casino winnings contribute to your “remaining” bonus balance or wagering requirement.
The trick is that they tell you that you can cancel your bonus at any time. But, this also means that you will forgo your previous winnings and if your deposit amount is less than the remaining bonus balance, then it automatically gets wiped out; “since you played with their money, as they would tell you when you ask them to explain this BS.”
Here, one can even read these tricky clauses:
Third-party Slots: 50% – 100% of the wager contributes to the wagering requirement depending on specific games.
Upon completing a deposit, the Deposit Bonus and the deposited amount are combined to form a total balance. This combined balance must meet 35 times (35x) wagering requirements before it can be withdrawn.
Users may cancel their bonus through the “Cancel” button, or the system may cancel it automatically. Upon cancellation, the retained balance is determined based on the percentage of the wagering requirement completed:
The deposit amount is retained proportionally to the completed wagering percentage, and any remaining balance is deducted.
So, once you take a bonus, you unknowingly “give away” your deposit money over to the casino. They will deduct your bonus wagering volume amount from your winnings. And, if by any stroke of luck, you end up cancelling your bonus, they will literally “eat up” your original deposit in the name of covering their “free fake money” they offered you in the first place.
BC.Game, if you’re reading this. Get some better business ethics.
Stop screwing around with your customers like that.
Surely, you and I both know that there are technically honest ways to handle the bonus requirements.
Why not just cancel the bonus, and let the client play with his or her original deposit? I’m sure if you do that, they will see you as a straight-up proper decent brand and return to play again. For sure. I mean, I would.
I’m sure with such shady terms, BC.Game would have a very high churn rate.
But then, I guess, it’s their business. It’s up to them how they want to be looked at.
Some people just can’t be helped. They can never change.
And BC.Game, as a so-called crypto betting site might be one.
