There’s always two sides to a story. I’m sure Casino Days has one too. But, from what my experience has shown me, most of the times, it is the fault of the betting site.
This happens when the deposit amount is low; the player is new, and he or she wins something big on his or her first deposit. Sometimes even on bonus money. Which is what happened to this Redditor, who straight up calls Casino Days a scam:
I played all day and wagered over $3,500 to complete my bonus and I won over $1,000 I Attempted to withdraw last night just to have them cancel it. When I asked them they said it was “wager abuse” but wouldn’t elaborate further to me on what I did in order for them to steal my money. They just told me to either complete the bonus again (start from scratch) or e-mail their complaints department, which will take up to 90 days.
He shared a screenshot of the canceled withdrawal request too.

I’m not sure why casinos even do this. They can simply make up a rule, say you have to play 500% of your deposit amount to be eligible for your first payout, or you need to make a minimum of 3 deposits, when using bonus in order to request a withdrawal. This way at least, the rules are clear; even though they’re unfair.
I know I’m asking too much here. But, if you want to play bad, just try to be honest about it.
Casino Days also doesn’t “really” have a complaints department. Asking this person to wait 3 months for a reply clearly indicates that they’re simply waiting for the credit card chargeback option to expire (most banks in Canada, this is where this player is from) wouldn’t allow a customer to do a charge back after 3 months.
These typical tactics are quite common. Unfortunately. Even a 5-year old can see through the charade.
Needless to say, the OP had supportive replies from other Redditors:
It legitimately sounds like they don’t want to pay up at all
90 days lol, there is no complaints dept
Luckily, the player was playing from Canada, and he can submit this to the regulator, for them to take some kind of an action.
Outside Canada, Casino Days is just another offshore Curacao betting site. But, they do have a license the Alcohol and Gambling Commission of Ontario.
It might take weeks but there is a still a chance that this person would indeed get some sort of a relief.
Most of the time, people only have like 50 dollars to spare for gambling, and don’t even know what to do with that.
I guess good luck to him on this one.
The complaint submission process at AGCO is not very complicated
You can do that here.
You need to provide:
- Your Name
- Phone
- Complete written explanation of what happened
- Upload evidence such as screenshots, scan of card deposit slips, chat histories
A person working for the complaints department at AGCO would then read and then pass it along for further review and verifications.
The best part is that all complaints submitted are taken seriously. Your personal information is not shared with anyone. It is protected under the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act. They do try to be as non-partisan as possible.
Since this complaint was against Casino Days’ conduct as a regulated betting site, it would be forwarded to the correct branch for processing. Some delays can occur but they will get back to him.
One just has to make sure to be clear and precise and provide as much evidence as possible, so that this process doesn’t face any hiccups, at least from the plaintiff’s side.
Hope it works out for that man and he gets his $,1000 in winnings paid by Casino Days.
