I had no idea how to even begin this piece on Miami Club Casino.
I mean, it’s usually not that hard of a thing.
Like, how should I have themed it.
May be started from things to do in Miami, and then gently insert an online casino pitch.
Or should I have chosen a more SEO-centric BS-driven drivel spewed all over the internet- yes, the standard run-of-the-mill stuff one reads, when searching for baseline keywords, “Miamiclub Casino Review,” or a crowd-favorite: “Is Miami Club Casino Legit?”
Miami Club Casino because nothing says Miami experience like sitting at home losing money in your pajamas.
But, let’s just try to be as straight as possible. I mean a bit of introduction wouldn’t hurt
This betting site came into existence back in 2012.
So, it’s not new to the game.
In fact, it’s part of slightly bigger group with sister sites like the antler-shedding, red deer-themed betting site, Red Stag Casino; a prohibition-era inspired Uptown Aces Casino; Aladdin and the Genie-vibe, with a magical lamp silhouette imprinted on its logo, Desert Nights Casino, and Sloto Cash Casino (this is the place where I actually successfully withdrew $4K and wrote a review about them too) with its cartoonish graphics; among similar casino sites with off-center storylines, owned by, an apparently Curacao-licensed, parent company called Deckmedia N.V.
Sounds like Deckmedia N.V. is running a whole theme park of casinos. If they ever launch a Viking-themed one, hopefully, the withdrawals don’t get lost at sea.
If you’re into your late 30s or 40s, an avid slot-machine abuser, chances are high you would have heard of this brand.
So, you already know there isn’t anything special about this one; and I can’t add anything of value to push up the points of this rather bland betting site.
If you’ve been around the slots long enough, this one probably blends into the background like elevator music in a casino lobby. Nothing new, nothing thrilling, just another place to test your luck and patience.
What to talk about first…platform? Ok let’s do that
It’s an off-the-grid offshore gambling site, an area where it falls short, and thus, cannot form partnerships with the hip chart-topping igaming companies – no Evolution Gaming or Playtech.
Formerly Vegas Technology, now called WGS, that also supplies slot games for an old dinosaur Everygame.eu; and DragonGaming; whose contact details are just an email and an online form, for “obvious reasons of serving unlicensed gambling sites;” are the only two companies that provide all the steam to Miami Club Casino.
The missing piece of the puzzle, of course, is a lack of a genuinely entertaining Live Casino, but then this gambling site exists only for one purpose, and that’s to provide a reasonably acceptable platform for real money slots gambling, to people living in countries where it’s illegal.
Hence, Americans from most of the States (sans New York, Kentucky a few others) are accepted.
What kind of slots then?
Slots like Wrath of Zeus (RTP 95.43%), Cleopatra’s Pyramid, with 5 Reels, 20 Paylines, and Return to Player at 94.37%, even progressives with jackpots hitting $150k+, along with everyday casino floor games like Blackjack, Keno, Scratch Cards; are all available to empty your wallet on.
A scrolling marquee mentioning the latest wins – dozens having won $10k+ – is also prominently displayed on the top of its official website.
The website design is basic
The design and the color scheme of Miami Club Casino is not exceptional, but it’s simple enough to grasp.
The text font is kept large with ample horizontal spacing between the slot graphics, so that the site generally looks tidy and professionally built.
Nearly all common banking methods of deposits and withdrawals can be used
Cards, e-wallets and stuff, but cryptocurrency is what they push. Make sense, since this site is not *technically* legal in any country; and banking-wise it would be prudent to keep such gambling money-flow on the hush-hush.
Withdrawal limits are $5k per week, and $20K per month. Not too high, but also within the reality-check dynamics of how much an average bettor could imaginatively win.
Their progressive slots haven’t hit a million dollars in quite a while, comparing to Microgaming’s Mega Moolah, that easily hits tens of Millions of dollars; its average win payout is $6 Million, and is also won every other two months.
Basic KYC is needed for withdrawals, especially, if the person is new, deposits a small amount and instantly wins a large jackpot.
Their ratings on social media sites are a concern, but then it’s nothing new either
I couldn’t find anything on Reddit, in bulk, that would force me to mention it here. Just two to three threads, that basically no one responded to. It does have a TrustPilot page; where it is rated poorly. I chose two reviews that should give you a general idea about how they’re viewed on the streets:
Beware, this site appears to be bogus. I logged in once and other Apps started taking over the App. It was downloaded under the Plinko App. I requested a refund and was told I’d be receiving an email, which never arrived and support stopped answering my questions. This is disturbing and frustrating. Especially knowing my CC information was taken. I used my CC which I immediately cancelled. While cancelling my card I found out the money went to a completely different IP or email address. I’m not sure if this is only my experience, I certainly don’t wish this on anyone. Again please beware and make sure you are downloading a legit App.
Also their customer service is not knowledgeable of the site or the App problem. Another red flag. – Lynn Mungo, US
And here’s another one. I’m not going to making any judgment calls here. You believe what you want to believe.
This business is a straight up scam! I am disappointed because I truly enjoyed playing there games (slots). This casino was being promoted by Floyd Mayweather which is why I downloaded the app TMT floyd mayweather casino to begin with. I ended up winning $1200 on wheel of chance and another slot. After winning I clicked on the TMT app only to be directed to a totally different onlince casino, requesting that I make an account. I was so confused because why am I being directed to a different online casino that isn’t affiliated with miami club casino. I via chatted with a rep who had no knowledge that an app existed. I explained to her everytime I signed in to play it was through the TMT app. After that conversation she sent me a link to click on that would allow me sign in. The link she sent kept routing me back to our chat. I was able to login after a while from my computer. So, once logged in I tried withdrawing my winnings. They told me I need to submit my ID, mail with my address & the front & back of my credit card to verify who I am and also because I requested a paper check. I did everything they told me to do yet they still haven’t sent me my winnings. Instead I kept getting the same repetitive email, requesting that I send documents to verify who I am. The customer service reps are all fake people (Zara, Eleanor, Liane, Shea). They kept telling me the same thing send requested documents, send requested documents. If your reading this review please please please whatever you do DO NOT USE THIS CASINO. Scam scam scam. I worked on New Year day telling my co-workers they should download the app and play but I’m glad they didn’t because they scamming people. – Maureen – US
Support-wise, they seem basic, email and Live chat, but I’ve read many casino review sites, that sing praises for them, as an online casino with a high safety standing
Regarding the efficacy of their customer support; I emailed them myself, with generic pre-sales questions and they did reply back in under 30 minutes.
Now this was a new-deposit related query, so I can’t vouch for them on their technical support side of the appeal.
Their bonus promotion deals are running on a daily basis. You don’t even need a code for it – they email them regularly to their current clients.
New ones can get a 100% deposit match bonus up to $100, with a 20X wagering requirement.
It’s low, doable, but I’d rather not take it, because, well, frankly no one can win at this game.
They also have a $10 no deposit bonus for newbies.
Miami Club Casino has been around the block. And it was specifically built for Americans Googling for offshore slots gambling sites
Granted, it doesn’t have the bling needed to put itself prominently on the map, but does have just enough sweets in its pocket, that keeps the gamblers – even if they lose a lot – coming back to it.
Also, debating about its legality is meaningless. People who play here don’t really care for its legal licenses, and a few hunky-dory, positive reviews about it, does feed a bellyful, but also a middle-of-the-road answer to bury the question of trust, 6 feet under the ground.
